The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. We waited until the mattress was professionally cleaned and treated, then fully dried. We have peace of mind that the mattress protector is protecting our child. He can now breathe whilst he is in bed, so he is waking up less often! I feel so much more rested and I'm delighted he can now thrive at school, being much better rested.

This is a beautiful machine it’s quiet. It works beautifully. It’s even pleasant to look at, but I cannot find filters for it. I’m starting to think I wasted my money on it..
I never thought I’d say this but I love this vacuum better than my V7 Dyson! It has super strong suction, which sucks up so much more dirt than I realised was even there. The water filter keeps it all in and I am always amazing how much is actually sucked up!!!! Highly recommend this vacuum!!!
