The fill is high-density shredded visco-elastic memory foam — the shredded construction allows the fill to move and conform to the shape of your head and neck, distributing weight evenly and supporting the shoulders.

The cover is a bamboo blend fabric (40% bamboo, 60% polyester). According to the manufacturer, the bamboo component is naturally resistant to dust mites and mould, and offers high breathability for a cooler sleeping surface.
