A double size lightweight summer quilt with a 200GSM bamboo and microfibre blend fill, enclosed in a soft microfibre cover. At 200GSM, this is a summer-weight quilt designed for warm sleepers or hot Australian nights. The bamboo component in the fill contributes breathability and moisture-wicking; the microfibre component adds softness and loft.
Baffle box construction keeps the fill evenly distributed and prevents it from shifting or bunching. Vacuum packed for compact delivery — allow time to fully loft after unpacking. Includes 1 year warranty. This listing is the Double size (180 × 210cm).

Using this quilt in an allergy-aware bedroom
No standard quilt is designed or tested for dust mite allergy management. Studies show that a comprehensive approach combining encasements, regular washing, humidity control and air purification is significantly more effective than any single measure alone (van Boven et al., 2024; Gøtzsche & Johansen, 2008).
For best results in an allergy-aware bedroom:
- Dust mite covers — physical barriers for your quilt, mattress and pillows
- A dehumidifier — keeping humidity below 50% limits dust mite survival
- An air purifier — reduces airborne allergen particles
- Allergen cleaning products — for surfaces that can't be washed frequently

This mattress encasement is a great solution and alternative to purchasing a new mattress for a child with dust mite allergy. The protected went on easily and provides leave of mind that whatever mites are living inside the mattress are trapped in there. Have purchased all of the products to protect our kids bed and are happy with them. Have been using for over one month now.
The quilt cover encasement feels like it's great quality. Have been using for about one month now and it's providing peace of mind that whatever is inside there can't get out. Washing the quilt weekly was not going to work as the quilt wouldn't have survived such regular washing, so this is an excellent solution.

The product is great quality and was an easy order with very good communication. I have only had one night sleeping with it but was very pleasantly surprised . I must add , I think the cost is great value when compared to getting even a new doona that is adequate for the colder states in Australia . I had my down doona and pillows washed and commercially dried before putting them in the covers and the mattress is all encased now and it is a really big difference . 👍

Great product that was delivered quickly. I really like how the SmartAir HEPA filters need replacing every 22 months instead of every six months like most air purifiers. Great value for money.
