How it works

The motorised roller head has its own in-built motor that drives the brush bar, agitating carpet fibres and dislodging dust mite particles, fine debris, and pet hair more effectively than a passive head. The anti-static carbon-fibre filaments reduce static buildup on the roller, which is what causes the hair-tangling problem on cheaper rollers — the tangle-free design comes from the filament material, not a separate mechanism.

All air drawn through the vacuum passes through a washable HEPA-grade filter before being exhausted through the motor vent. This catches the fine particles that would otherwise be blown back into the room. The filter is washable and reusable; rinse it under cool running water, allow to dry fully, and refit. Replacement filters are sold separately as a 3-pack for when the original wears out.

How do I clean the filter? Rinse under cool running water until the water runs clear. Allow to air-dry completely (24+ hours) before refitting. Do not use detergent. Do not put the filter back in the vacuum while damp.

Does it convert to handheld? Yes — remove the aluminium tube and the unit becomes a handstick vacuum suitable for stairs, cars, sofas, and shelves. The bonus standard cleaner head ships in the box for use without the motorised roller.
