All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors. Where a pricing error affects a confirmed order, we will contact you before processing and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Refunds issued under these Terms or our Refund Policy will include any GST component paid.

Purchases may be fulfilled by third-party fulfilment providers. Some orders are fulfilled via drop-shipping, where the product is shipped directly by the supplier or manufacturer on our behalf.

Where this occurs, your name, delivery address, phone number and email address are shared with the relevant supplier solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows and other bedding products that have been opened, used or removed from packaging may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns on hygiene grounds. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality or does not match its description.
